The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow has invited online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the post of Sub Inspector (SI) Civil Police and other equivalent posts.

Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025)

Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and not have attained the age of more than 28 years. A one-time relaxation of 03 years in the upper age limit is applicable for all categories for this recruitment.

  • Effective Age Limit: 21 to 31 Years.
  • Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • A graduation degree from a university established by law in India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Physical Standards

  • Male (Gen/OBC/SC): Height: 168 cm, Chest: 79-84 cm.
  • Male (ST): Height: 160 cm, Chest: 77-82 cm.
  • Female (Gen/OBC/SC): Height: 152 cm, Weight: Min 40 Kg.
  • Female (ST): Height: 147 cm, Weight: Min 40 Kg.
