Brief Description

The Panchayati Raj Department, Uttar Pradesh has released a notification for the recruitment of 826 Block Project Managers (BPM) under the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA) scheme. The recruitment will be conducted through outsourcing agencies (M/s Rajdeep Enterprises & M/s World Class Services Ltd). Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 60% Marks.
  • PLUS CCC Certificate from NIELIT OR Higher Computer Course (O Level, A Level, DCA, PGDCA, ADCA).
  • OR: Technical Graduates (BCA, B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc IT) with minimum 60% marks are also eligible (No separate CCC required).

Domicile Requirement

  • Candidate MUST be a resident (Domicile) of the same district where they are applying for the vacancy.

Selection Process

The recruitment is through outsourcing agencies via the Sewayojan Portal. The selection will involve:

  • Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their Educational Qualification (Merit) applied through the portal.
  • Interview / Skill Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview by the outsourcing agency.
  • Document Verification: Original documents (Mark sheets, Domicile, Caste Certificate) will be verified before final joining.
  • * Note: There is typically no written exam for Sewayojan outsourcing jobs unless specified by the agency.
